Our work / Demonstrations

A real workflow.
A working demonstration.

A clear idea becomes more useful when you can see it work. Our first demonstration explores the everyday coordination needs of a recruiting agency.

Oryndeq Recruiting Operations Hub. Intelligent Automation. Measurable Impact.

Start with a clear view of your agency's day. See candidate activity, open tasks, interview requests, and pipeline counts together, using only fictional demonstration records.

Find candidates by name, role, client, location, or recruiter. Update their stage as work progresses, from first contact to interview, review, placement, or closure. Every update is manual. The software does not make hiring decisions.

Keep follow-ups visible, with a recruiter and due date for each task. Assign responsibility, mark work complete, or reopen a task when another action is needed.

Create an interview request for a fictional candidate, with a date, time, and recruiter. Track requested, confirmed, or cancelled responses in one list. Requests stay local. No calendar invitation is sent.

Review the current pipeline and open workload by recruiter. The charts reflect your latest records, and demo changes remain in this browser after a refresh.

What this work represents

A concrete starting point
for a custom conversation.

This is a demonstration of functional workflows, not evidence of customer results or measured savings. Candidate stages and interview responses are separate manual records; the prototype does not send invitations or evaluate candidates.

A client version would require a scoped implementation with authentication, permissions, a shared database, privacy controls, backups, security review, and verified hosting. Those capabilities are not represented as complete.

A focused first conversation

Let’s make your
next system a better fit.

Bring the workflow that isn’t working. We’ll talk through the possibilities.
